Volunteers

Our volunteers are not named here but their work is invaluable.  We have around 30 volunteers with about 22 of them being drivers.  Most days, patients require lifts, either locally or to their hospital appointment in Exeter.  Volunteers undergo training from Exeter Hospiscare in patient handling and bereavement visits.  Drivers are reimbursed with the maximum petrol allowance but give their time freely.

Trustees

Although all of our Trustees are unpaid their names are listed below.  They are dedicated to providing a 24 hour service to patients in the Sid Valley, which is Sidmouth and its outskirts.
